These terms govern use of PepCurious LAB ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

What the Service does

PepCurious LAB is a personal recordkeeping and educational observation tool. It lets you log compound-related information, journal observations, organize entries, and track body measurements. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, dosing guidance, or a substitute for professional care. Calculations and user-entered information can be incorrect and should not be relied upon for clinical decisions.

Research compounds and safety

Nothing in the Service endorses human use of unapproved or research-only substances. You are responsible for following applicable laws and obtaining advice from a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns. Do not use the Service to decide whether, how much, or how often to administer any substance.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Sign-in is currently offered through Google. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your Google account and for information entered under your account.

Your records

You retain responsibility for the accuracy and legality of information you enter. You authorize us and our service providers to process that information as needed to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not enter another person's sensitive information without appropriate permission.

Availability and changes

The Service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued. Features, storage, and exports may change. Keep your own backups of important records; the Service is not intended as the sole copy of critical information.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another member's records, bypass security controls, disrupt the Service, or use it for unlawful activity. We may restrict access to protect users and the Service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without guarantees of accuracy, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account deletion and contact

To request deletion of your account and associated records, use the email request option in the Privacy & backups section of the app, or contact jennyg.edits@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required. For questions about these terms, use the same email.

Updates

We may update these terms and will post the revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
